Do we need to raise funds to maintain the building, or should we just spend everything and see how long it lasts?
Is lottery money ok? EU funding? Can we develop the skills to do our own maintenance?
Should we be churning through volunteers in a use-and-burnout kinda way, or working on something more sustainable?
And so on.
