Application for Subject Access

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to see a copy of personal information held about you. Bradford Council holds information about those who live and work in the district in many forms and at many locations. Libraries have a list of current registrations or you can receive a copy by contacting the Data Protection Compliance Officer on Bradford 753500.

If you wish to see information held about you please complete this form and return it to the address below. Alternatively you can hand it in to any Council information office.
