Members' Meeting, first & third Sunday of every month

Meet at 8.00 for an 8.15 kick-off

Topics will include:

  • Membership Applications
  • Correspondence
  • Minutes of the last meeting & matters arising
  • Review of the diary - forthcoming events etc.
  • Finance update & workers' reports
  • Any Other business
(Usually an agenda is circulated at the start of the meeting so attendees can add their items for discussion. Note, however, that contentious items require 7 days written notice in order for any outcome to be binding under the club's constitution).
