Launch Meeting of the Tech Collective:

Given that this is out first meeting there is probably too much to cover so the suggestion is that we (a) map out some future meetings & actions (b) get the urgent business of skill-sharing the jukebox out of the way.

Future agenda points will probably include:

• Constitution - suggest we start with the Peasants' constitution and modify as required
• PA & Lights - who gets to use and maintain, skill sharing, minimum competence, sobriety & collectivity indicators
• Open source software - how to introduce without tears
• Networking (the actual physical computer network)
• Relationship with other collectives. How to co-operate without toe-treading.
• Report to AGM - it's just around the corner.
